THE MINISTER OF INNOVATION TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF SERBIA VISITS THE PATRIARCHATE

On Wednesday morning, May 17/30, 2018, the Minister of Innovation and Technological Development of Serbia Mr. Nenad Popović visited the Patriarchate, escorted by the Ambassador of Serbia in Israel and some of his associates.

The Minister and his escort were received by H.H.B. our Father and Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos and Hagiotaphite Fathers.

In this meeting there was a conversation on Kosovo as the heart of the Serbian nation and on the developing sorrowful situation as well as on the possibility of protection of the rights of Serbia.

There was also a conversation on the current more frequent visit of Serbian pilgrims in the Holy Land, imitating St. Savvas of Serbia, who came in the Holy Land to visit the Holy Monastery of St. Savvas the Sanctified.

At the end of this visit there was the appropriate to the situation exchange of gifts and the guests took a commemorative photo with His Beatitude.
