THE SACRAMENT OF THE HOLY UNCTION AT THE PATRIARCHATE

On Holy and Great Wednesday evening, 30th March/11th April 2017, the Sacrament of the Holy Unction was observed at the Monastic Church of Saints Constantine and Helen, led by H.H.B. our Father and Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos with concelebrants Hagiotaphite Archbishops, as our preparation for our participation in the Cross and Resurrection of the Lord.

After the Patriarchal and Episcopal Service, the Hagiotaphite Fathers, nuns and pilgrims were anointed by His Beatitude and the Archbishops.
