THE SACRAMENT OF HOLY UNCTION AT THE PATRIARCHATE

On Wednesday afternoon 22nd December 2016 / 4th January 2017, after the completion of Vespers at the Holy Church of Saints Constantine and Helen, the Sacrament of Holy Unction was administered as a spiritual preparation for the forthcoming feast of Christ’s birth.

The Holy Unction Service was led by His H.B. our Father and Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos,  with co-officiating Archbishops and the participation of Hagiotaphite Fathers, followed by monks, nuns and pilgrims.
