EASTER MONDAY AT THE PATRIARCHATE (2016)
On the morning of Easter Monday, the 19th of April/2nd of May 2016, the Divine Liturgy of Easter Monday was held at the Monastic Church of Sts Constantine and Helen, led by Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem, having Primates and Hagiotaphite Hieromonks as concelebrants for a great crowd of pious people celebrating the Resurrection.
On the conclusion of the Divine Liturgy, the Patriarchal Entourage walked in procession to the Patriarchate where the fraternal embrace followed, as well as the distribution of Easter eggs to pilgrims by His Beatitude.
