The Patriarchal Library

The Historic Registry which is classified in six rooms inside the Patriarchate is an endless source of information for the life and actions of the Patriarchate. Thousands of manuscripts have been recorded and classified in a manner that stresses the functionality and ergonomics of the Patriarchate management in registry matters.

The material has been registered according to faculty, finance, real estate, pilgrimages, management, correspondence, and residues. In the Patriarchate one can also find the oldest vellum manuscript written in Arabic in 1166. Augmentation in the registry undoubtedly enlightens the researcher, offering spiritual broadening for the Patriarchal matters in all Orthodox World.
